Super Spacer T-Spacer™ SG for automatic processing

Compared to the classic Super Spacer® T-Spacer™, Super Spacer T-Spacer™ SG has larger lateral surfaces for the application of the PIB seal. Parallelism and low tolerances of the spacers in large multi-pane insulating glass units are therefore even more precise and the robustness and durability of the system is further increased. This is particularly important for large pane dimensions and weights.

Super Spacer® TriSeal™ SG for manual processing

This triple edge sealing system made of silicone foam is designed in particular for easy manual processing in XXL insulating glass units as well as free-form insulating glass units for structural glazing. Since the UV-resistant secondary sealants made of silicone are gas-permeable, the primary seal is of particular importance in structural glazing. It bears the main burden of keeping the edge seal gas-tight as a whole and preventing vapour diffusion into the space between the panes. Compared to the classic Super Spacer® TriSeal Premium Plus, Super Spacer® TriSeal SG has larger lateral areas for the application of the PIB seal.
